1.2 Upper percentile values calculated will sometimes not be correct when non-GM field sizes is
less than 1 Ha. NOW FIXED.

1.21 'Calculation finished' box added

1.21 Reccommend to multiply target GM by two for silage maize, prior to calculation rather than divide final result
for 'CALC DIST' sheet. This is because only effect of pollination is altered by silage (~%50 grain).
